Did you know…

—795 million people worldwide do not have enough food to lead a healthy, active life.

—66 million primary school-age children attend classes hungry across the developing world.

—Hunger kills more people every year than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.

—1 out of 6 children — roughly 100 million — in developing countries is underweight.

—If women farmers had the same access to resources as men, the number of hungry in the world could be reduced by up to 150 million.

We believe we can make a difference… One step at a time.

Everyone is invited to join the Youth Group in the CROP Walk on Sunday, October 21, at 2:00 p.m. in South Park.  Look for the CROP table after worship, where you can sign up to walk or make a monetary donation to support our team.

Casting Call… Children’s Pageant

If you love the thrill of live theatre and working with kids, we have just the opportunity for you!  Bower Hill’s youth will perform their Christmas Pageant during morning worship on Sunday, December 23.  Several adult volunteers are needed to help with everything from running rehearsals to preparing props, creating costumes, and teaching songs.  If you are interested, please let Amy or the church office know, and thank you for supporting Bower Hill kids!
