CE UPDATES Now hiring for Nursery—With Meghan Boulden’s departure, we are seeking an adult (must be 18 years or older), to work Sunday mornings in the Nursery. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please contact Amy at am@bhccml.com or the church office.
Summer Sunday School and Nursery Coverage During the summer, children from preschool through completed second grade will be combined during the worship service. Older youth in completed grades 3-5 can join us as junior helpers during this time. Children should remain in worship until the Children’s Sermon. Then they will be escorted to room 110 (downstairs lounge) for games, crafts, and playground enjoyment. Parents should pick up their children from room 110 following worship. As always, childcare for infants and toddlers will be available in the nursery during the worship service.
Children’s Pageant Survey results The CE Committee recently solicited input from families with CE-aged children in order to plan for this year’s Christmas Children’s Pageant. We were happy with the volume of responses to the survey. The Children’s Pageant is being planned for Sunday, December 16, during our regular worship service at 9:30 a.m. The committee is now in the process of reviewing the remainder of the general improvement ideas for next year. Thank you for your feedback and input!
