Hoping to improve both the volunteer and guest experience, Family Promise has put together an online video training course that it is requiring ALL volunteers to take. You can take the course at your leisure from your computer at home, and you can break it up into chunks of time that fit into your schedule. Once you have registered to take the course, you will get an email with a link to the training so that you can come and go from the site without having to re-register.

The password for each video segment is tr@ining. The whole training package takes about 90 minutes to complete. As you watch the videos, you may see people and places that you know!
