On February 2, 2019, a group of 3 members of Bower Hill Community Church braved the cold and hiked the Boyce Mayview Park trails. The temperature started in the mid teens rising to the upper teens at the end of the hike. The 2-3 inches of snow that fell on Friday actual helped, giving us better traction in some areas which were icy under the snow. We kept the hike to about 1 hour but we were treated to the excellent views of the many ravines in the park and of Chartiers Creek. Unfortunately, we did not get pictures that day but have posted pictures taken the week before at the park.
