On August 10th, 2019, a group of 8 members of Bower Hill Community Church hiked the Kane Woods Nature Area trails. This area is only a mile from the church. We started at the Jewish Community Center and headed down to Tom The Tinker Trail. At the Scrubgrass Trailhead, we took the Whiskey Point Trail to the Catfish Path. This is the most difficult and least developed section of the trails but afforded us a glimpse of Providence Point Town Houses. After doing some backtracking we took the Neville’s trail back to the cars. We covered about 3 miles in 1.5 hours.
