VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
On Thursday, May 14, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Bower Hill Church is hosting a meeting of Pittsburgh Presbytery.
Representatives from every Presbyterian congregation in Allegheny County will be present here in our building.
Many volunteers are needed in order make this event a success.
We are looking for the following:
at least five persons to direct cars into parking spaces;
at least five persons to stand by and direct people to restrooms, etc.
an additional six people to prepare and serve refreshments.
Your participation is very much needed! Please contact Pastor Snyder as soon as possible if you are available to help with any of these tasks.

Cookies are needed for the Presbytery meeting. Please sign up on the sheet located on the bulletin board in the hallway by the Friendship Room OR you can contact Marla or the church office with what kind and how many cookies you are able to provide.
Cookies need to be delivered to the kitchen by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14.
Be sure to mark the cookies for Presbytery Meeting.
