What are you giving up for Lent?

As we enter Lent, the season of preparation before Easter, many people choose to give something up. This year, I invite you to consider giving up a bit of nightly screen time and replacing it with a short daily Bible reading.

Pastor Brian and I will host a weekly discussion each Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Friendship Room and by Zoom, using Discipleship in a Divided Age…Living Faithfully amid Division and Uncertainty by Terri McDowell Ott. You can pick up a copy in the Narthex or access the digital version by clicking here.

Join us as you’re able - whether or not you’ve completed the readings, and even if you can’t attend every week. You’re also welcome to simply follow the devotional on your own. We’d love to have you with us.

P.S. If you have an older youth or teen, consider making this Lenten study a family practice.
