Youth Sunday & Ice Cream Social – Save the Date
Be sure to join us in worship on Sunday, May 18. Bower Hill youth will lead the service and share a presentation highlighting characters of the Bible we’ve learned about this year. Then stay for a special coffee hour that includes an ice cream social.
Bower Hill Spring Plant Sale Pickup – May 20
Help is needed on May 20, starting at 10:00 a.m., to unload and sort plants into orders. The good news - we sold a LOT of individual plants (300), and over 65 different items. That means there will be lots of work to make sure we sort the correct items into the correct orders. We will meet until we have all orders sorted and ready for pickup by late afternoon.
Summer Sunday School – Volunteers Needed
The Summer Sunday school format begins on Sunday, May 25. All kids, preschool (potty-trained) through 5th grade) will be combined in room 110 to hear a short Bible-based lesson and then have time to socialize and enjoy our playground. Older youth are invited to help lead activities like chalk, crafting, or bubbles. Adult volunteers are needed each week to oversee the kids. Here is the link to sign-up.

Excitement is "Building" for Maker Fun Factory VBS July 28 - August 1
At Maker Fun Factory VBS, kids discover not only that God made them
the way they are, but for a purpose too. New friends, creative games,
surprising adventures, lip-smacking snacks, and incredible music are just

some of the fun in store for your child. Don't Miss Out on the Best
week of Summer!
Bower Hill follows a unique youth-leader model VBS. Pre-school
(potty trained) through 3rd grade attend from 9:30-noon each day. Older
youth from 4th grade and up serve as helpers in the morning, then stay through 3:00 p.m. for special activities just for them. All youth aged 17 and younger must register. Cost is $30 per child. Older kids who are volunteering only (and do not plan to stay for the afternoons) only pay for the cost of the t-shirt, which is $15. Click here to register. Pick up a flier in the Narthex to share with friends and neighbors.
