Children and youth aren’t just the future of the Church— they are the Church.

Right now, they are asking questions, discovering their gifts, and learning to walk with God. But, they can't do it alone. According to research in Sticky Faith, teenagers who have at least five non-parental adults intentionally investing in their lives are far more likely to develop a lasting, resilient faith (Powell, Griffin, & Crawford, 2011). We believe faith is formed through relationships — not just programs. That means we're inviting you into something bigger than a volunteer role: we’re inviting you into life-changing relationships rooted in love, faith, and community.
