WHO: Completed pre-school (must be potty trained) - 2nd grade

TIME: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

COST: $25 per child

   1. Download and fill in the registration form below.

   2. Attach check made out to Bower Hill Community Church, "Re-New VBS" in the memo line.

   3. Return form and payment to the church office.
