Bower Hill supports several food banks in our area. The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank provides food for needy families in 11 counties in SW PA. As a congregation, we donate at least $1000 per year to GPCFB. See Home - Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank for more information. In addition to having their own food drives, they provide food to smaller neighborhood food pantries. One of these is the pantry at Unity Presbyterian Church (formally known as Wallace Memorial).
