Get Outdoors - North Park - November 1, 2025

On November 1, a group of 5 members of Bower Hill Community Church hiked the loop trail around North Park Lake. Weather was brisk but it was a typical fall day in Western Pennsylvania. We met at the tennis courts by the boat house and proceeded going counterclockwise around the lake. The “trail” is a roadway with designated lanes for walkers, bikers and cars. Being a little easier than some of the woods trail, we were able to enjoy the scenery and catch up on each other’s activities. We estimate we hiked about 4 ½ miles.
