On March 5, 2022, 9 members of Bower Hill accompanied by a dog hiked part of the South Side Trail. We started by the Birmingham Bridge in the South Side Riverfront Park and hiked upstream beside the Monongahela river past the Hot Metal Bridge. A little bit past the Steeler and Pitt Football training facility we turned around and retraced our steps. While it was a little cool when we started out, the weather was great for an early March morning.
