The pepper harvest is in full swing for the SHIM Garden. We have now collected over 1,000 peppers (just under 50 pounds) and are now averaging over 10 pounds per week. The families at SHIM and particularly the refugee families are enjoying the super-hot peppers that we are harvesting. Thanks again to all those who have helped with the watering of the garden over the summer and continuing into the fall. It is a joy to share this abundance.
